Canine Freestyle

Canine Freestyle, also known as Dancing with Dogs, has been around for many years. Kim Jonah has had extensive experience in dance and choreography and had been  helping  WCFO competitors with ideas for  their routines.

She is also choreographing a routine for Leslie Nelson & Lola and Anne Hassett & Eve at Tails-U-Win in Manchester, CT to be presented at Spooktacular, the World Canine Freestyle Organization's competition to be held at Tails-U-Win the weekend of October 28th, 2006.

As a result of her work with Leslie, she will be teaching a  6 week Canine Freestyle class with Leslie  at Tails-U-Win. Call them for dates and times.

Kim is not a dog trainer, she specializes in putting together the tricks and heel work already learned. Because she works with dogs on a daily basis, she is aware of the parameters and limitations asking  dogs to do repetitive work to music.

Kim is available for group and private lessons in:

                                  Choreography
Group classes in concepts and ideas, how to pick music, how to put
                                           it all together.

Private sessions to enhance routines already choreographed

Private sessions to choreograph an original routine

Basic movement for humans (group only)
Group classes in how to stand, walk and balance with confidence
                                            and flow.
